With this knowledge you get a better understanding about how energies influence your thoughts\, emotions\, body and behavior as well as how they determine interactions and group processes. \nTo get to know these energies you will do exercises. Walking through life and facilitating your work – for instance as a breath worker – will have a greater depth.
