These energy fields influence you without you even being aware of them. \nIn this workshop you will learn the principles that govern these phenomena. With this knowledge you get a better understanding about how energies influence your thoughts\, emotions\, body and behavior as well as how they determine interactions and group processes. \nTo get to know these energies you will do exercises. Doing so\, you will consciously experience the power and freedom working with these energies give you. \nThis combination of knowledge and experience will give you an embodied understanding of subtle energies. Walking through life and facilitating your work – for instance as a breath worker – will have a greater depth.
